Howdy.
I was answering a question for one of our Listbuilding 411 Coaching members the other who was wondering why he could not get anyone to buy from his e-mails, blog posts, or teleseminars…
I spent a couple minutes looking at his sites,…reading his e-mails, and checking out some of his blog posts….
My reaction… YAWN (overwhelmed with sleepiness and thoughts of counting sheep).
His stuff was plain boring and he there was ‘no face,’ no piece of him, and no personality at all…
I spent a couple minutes talking to the guy and I found that he actually had a really cool story and a really interesting background (which he was not sharing at all).
He had a distant approach to communicating with his people and it was strictly information with NO PERSONALITY.
He did say, “Now that I think about it,…the one time I told them about my Military career my subscribers LOVED IT!”
(Hint, Hint).
Anyway, I created a short video with some of my thoughts on how you can infuse some personality in your copy to get some better results…
