I was down at a Seminar for Fitness Professionals run by Ryan Lee in Stamford Conneticut some time ago and I ran into Jimmny Smith in the hallway in between sessions and he asked me how he could grow his list and make some money. 

I proceeded to outline a simple and effective system that he followed and as you will see in the video below it worked pretty well for him:
